Starter 5 days, Business 7 days, Pro 10-14 days — counted from the day both your content and your advance arrive. If we are late and it is our fault, you pay 10% less and get a month of the care plan free.

Yours, on your email. The login is yours. If you want to move to someone else tomorrow, both the site and the domain go with you — you will not have to ask us.

You will not have to. The site runs itself. When something needs changing — a price, a photo, your hours — send a WhatsApp message and it is done the same day on the care plan. If you want it, we will also give you a small panel you can edit from your phone, with a five-minute video in Hindi.

50% when the work starts and 50% before the site goes live. UPI, bank transfer or a Razorpay link, whichever is easier. You get an invoice with every payment. Change your mind before the build starts and the advance comes back in full.

Nobody can guarantee that, and anyone who does is lying — nobody controls Google’s algorithm. What we do is this: keep the site technically clean, complete the Business Profile, put the content on the right keywords, and set up a system for reviews. In local searches that usually shows a difference within two to three months. We send a report every month, good or bad.

The preview comes within 48 hours — tell us then. Two rounds of revisions are included. If it still does not work out, the advance comes back with no argument. It has happened twice so far and both times the money went back the same day.

We look at it for free first and tell you whether fixing is cheaper than rebuilding. With a site four or five years old, rebuilding is usually cheaper, because untangling old code takes longer. If it can be fixed, we say so — we do not take money for work that is not needed.
